Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes, federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. Carriers will not leave packages unattended at the door.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit time usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy for spirits and wine?
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages once they have been delivered. If your bottle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Can you ship to every state in the US?
We currently ship to most states, but certain local laws prohibit the direct shipment of alcohol to specific regions. Please enter your zip code at checkout to verify eligibility.
What happens if a specific vintage is out of stock?
We strive to keep our inventory updated, but if a specific vintage becomes unavailable, we will contact you to ask if you would like a newer year or a full refund.
