At Nestor Liquor, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to legal restrictions regarding the transport of alcohol, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives compromised, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, the packaging materials, and the shipping label to provide evidence for our insurance claim.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to request a replacement or store credit.
Verify Authorization
Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if a physical return is required by the carrier.
Resolution Process
Once approved, we will either dispatch a replacement bottle immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
